Group sessions give us the opportunity to learn from the people around us. Sometimes, however, you need something more personal: focused support built around your goals, your challenges and the situations that matter most to you.
CHC one-to-one coaching creates the space to work at your own pace, away from the pressure of a classroom and without being forced into a one-size-fits-all approach.
Together, we will identify what is holding you back, build on the strengths you already have and develop practical techniques that work for you. The aim is not to turn you into somebody else. It is to help you find your voice, trust it under pressure and enjoy using it.
Sessions can be tailored to a wide range of goals, including:

Different roles require different levels of preparation, so the price of the Interview Accelerator reflects the seniority and salary of the role you are pursuing.
Packages start at £120 and are priced at roughly one day’s salary for the role.
We will discuss the opportunities you are pursuing, the level of support you need and agree a package that works for you in advance. Securing the right role can have a lasting impact on your career, confidence and quality of life.
Returning to employment?
Being out of work should not prevent you from accessing the support you need.
If you are currently unemployed and taking steps back into employment, coaching is available at a reduced rate of £25 per hour.
