The CHC Foundations

Is it exagerating to say that talking confidinetely in public is fundemantal to most peoples happiness?

I’m not saying everyone has to do a Ted Talk to be happy, but most of us want to be communicate clearly, not have our thoughts distorted by our nerves, hear laughter when we tell a joke properly, see someone’s smile when what we’ve said lands with them, speak up when our boss needs to listen… know when to stop talking because you’ve made your point.

Master fundementals that will serve you for life.

You know it yourself when you watch someone talking, you might not know why they are bad, but you know it IS bad. That’s why you are reading this, because you think you are bad but you don’t know why.

Well I do know why! And if you are open to me (kindly) sharing that with you, I will help you see it too. THEN learn how to make less mistakes, and confidently keep going when you do.

This course is not about making you the GREATEST SPEAKER THAT EVER LIVED! It’s about controlling your nervous system, raising awareness of what good/bad looks like, asking for clarification, adding a filter for WHY you are saying things, and accepting you aren’t going to be perfect when the world is testing you.

The Four Skills Behind Every Great Speaker

The CHC Foundations is a four-part course designed to build the skills that underpin every great communicator. Each 90-minute session combines practical exercises, coaching and real-world application to help you develop four core capabilities.

  • Confidence under pressure - Learn to interrupt your fight-or-flight response, calm your nervous system and remain composed when all eyes are on you.

  • Self Awareness - Understand your natural communication style, recognise your strengths, identify the habits holding you back and discover what great communication looks like for you.

  • Prepare to Shine - Learn how to research, structure, edit and rehearse with intention so that confidence comes from preparation, not hope.

  • Own the moment - Develop the ability to adapt when things don't go to plan—whether that's difficult questions, technical problems, unexpected interruptions or changing audience reactions.

These sessions are run as either

  • 1 day in person or online

  • 4 × 90 minute sessions run week to week online or in person.

Why this course works

Each session is valuable as a standalone workshop. Whether you choose to develop your confidence, increase your self-awareness, improve your preparation or become more adaptable, focusing on any one of these skills will make you a stronger communicator.

Together, these four skills create the foundations of intentional communication. They won't just help you become a better public speaker, they'll help you communicate with confidence, clarity and purpose in every area of your life.
